SHIPPING FEE
We offer free Insured Standard shipping on all orders over 50, and the option to upgrade to expedited shipping. 


ORDER PROCESS
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped the next business day. All orders are handled and shipped out from our facility. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING
A shipping confirmation is sent via email as soon as your order has shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail or priority mail, so it should only takes 3-5 days to receive your order once it is shipped. .


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
A shipping confirmation is sent via email to you as soon as your order has shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders. As the receiver it will be your responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier. Refunds or replacements will not be approved if the customer has not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier. If your local customs office requires additional documents and time to clear your package, it may delay your estimated delivery time. 


What happens if I don't receive my order after 30 days?
Please contact us via email so we can help you check on your parcel status. Usually we will offer to resend a replacement with no additional fees.
